Meeting Facilities

Concord RSL can cater for any sized meeting or seminar. We have two meeting rooms available that can seat up to 12 people, or a larger meeting room seating up to 80 people. The auditorium is available for larger meetings, seating up to 300 people for seminars, presentations, parties. Concord RSL can provide Data Projector, TV / Video facilities, an overhead projector and screen, whiteboards, a lectern and PA system if required. Catering such as tea, coffee and light snacks/finger food can also be arranges at a very reasonable cost.

Meeting Room hire costs (small rooms) is $55 for the first 3 hours and $5 per hour thereafter.and a flat $140 for larger meeting room.
